Discovering you have endo can be quite a traumatic thing - particularly if (as in my case) you have been told that your endo has caused such damage that in spite of laps, you have premature ovarian failure and you are now infertile (nb - this is unusual and extreme so don't panic!). Second - I came across this site whilst trying to find out *if* my endo is related to my hair loss problems. The jury seems to be out on any definite answer - the 'natural' sites seem to say it is (endo = hormone imbalance = hair loss) but the 'medical' sites less so. I agree with LB - research is imperative - but given that the causes of endo can't even be agreed on yet, knowing its full implications may be even further away. I'd be interested in any medical support in favour of endo causing hair loss - and I'm sure my poor hairdresser would be too! I'm definitely not an expert, though. Have you looked into or heard of PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome)? That DOES cause hair loss.
