The other day, I received an email from a woman who had been suffering from hair loss for well over a year. She had read that it’s important to brush your hair and stimulate your scalp and to improve the amount of and quality of your regrowth. However, every time she attempted this, tons of hair came out with the brush. So, while she did want to stimulate her hair follicles, she knew that she was not brave enough to continue to brush out tons of hair every time she tried this. She asked me if she should be brushing her hair and if so, could I recommend a brush that would not pull out so many strands. I will address this in the following article.
